B.Mashilo Designs Returns Policy
1. Bmashilodesigns is happy to accept returns and exchanges if the unwashed, unworn and unused item the customer has purchased is defective, incorrect or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. We will respond with an email that will give clear guidance on where to send the return parcel to.
2. Bmashilodesigns will not accept items with stains, make-up marks/stains and odour.
3. Please inspect your parcel as soon as you receive it. Customers should notify BMashilodesigns within three days of receipt of the defect product and return it within 7 days. We will only accept door to door delivery.
4. Upon receipt of the returned product, Bmashilodesigns will fully examine it and notify the customer via e-mail, whether the customer is entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. Should the customer be entitled to a replacement or refund, Bmashilodesigns will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment within 15 days.
5. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned .
6. All custom-made orders (made according to the customers personal measurements)
cannot be returned or exchanged unless the items are damaged.
7. For hygiene purposes, accessories masks and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Returns do not include any shipping costs.
9. Please do check our sizing charts in order to match your preferred fit.
