What is your lead time?
Our lead time is 15 to 20 working days, all our items are custom made from scratch. Should your urgently need your dress to be made within a shorter time frame, please call and verify with the Bmashilo designs office before placing your order online.
What happens if my dress does not fit?
You are welcome to visit our offices where our seamstresses will assist in making your garment a better fit. Another option is shipping the garment back to us and providing us with measurements.
Are you able to take last minute orders?
Ofcourse you can! Number of orders will be assessed and if possible, orders will be placed.
