LEAD TIMES
We Pride ourselves in creating your amazing dresses and ensuring that the dress is custom made for you, please note that we have a lead time of 20 working days excluding weekends and holidays to allow for all the amazing orders to be crafted and executed well.
Returns
1. We do not do refunds but offer exchanges.
2. Exchanges can only be done 5 days after order is received by client.
3. Item must be unused and in same condition it was received in.
4. If item in question was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
5. We do not accept returns on final sale items.
6. If wrong measurements or size was provided by customer BMashiloDesigns will not be held accountable.
7. Please note that returns are at the cost of the client.
8. Please note we will not be held liable if wrong delivery address was sent.
9. Once package leaves our Headquarters, please take it upon yourself to track your package and contact the Courier service, if need be, as we will not be held liable for items that have left our offices.

Our lead time is 15 to 20 working days, all our items are custom made from scratch. Should your urgently need your dress to be made within a shorter time frame, please call and verify with the BMashiloDesigns office before placing your order online.
You are welcome to visit our offices where our seamstresses will assist in making your garment a better fit. Another option is shipping the garment back to us and providing us with measurements.
Of course you can! Number of orders will be assessed and if possible, orders will be placed.
